Bought a large dehumidifier and few small items from Roy a few months back. Products are great, genuine and priced very nicely. Great customer service also by Mr. Ashok. They sent some small items to another address but quickly rectified their error and re-sent the items to the correct address. Reliable and efficient camera gear shop in Delhi NCR. Would recommmend 10/10!

Since this was entirely a new portal to me, I was a bit skeptical at first; so I opted for cash on delivery despite the extra 100 I had to pay for it. However, to my amazement, the product (Lens hood) was delivered in time and in the best condition possible! Genuine product - reasonable pricing, good packaging!
