About Returns Policies

Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all items sold on Roy Imaging

General Returns Guidelines

The following general guidelines with regard to returns apply to all items sold on Roy Imaging

Some products cannot be returned and are marked on the product detail page.

Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging.

Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing.

Replacement-Only Categories, 07-day Replacement Window (replacement will be provided when sufficient proof is provided for defect, damage, or wrong item received)

Replacement-Only Product Categories

90% of all items sold on Roy Imaging are Replacement only products since all are branded products and have enough information available across the internet to make a studied purchase – this is done to ensure that all transactions are done with the intent of keeping the product and is a genuine purchase. We expect all customers to be fully aware of the product they are buying including proper research prior to purchase from the manufacturer’s portal. In the case of purchases of accessories, manuals are the best guide for making purchases that are meant for any particular product, most accessories look alike but that does not guarantee a match to your product. These items are not eligible for return if the item is "No longer needed" or you ‘do not like it’

For damaged / defective items or items not as described, please contact us within 07 days for a free replacement, additional information such as photographs and details regarding the issue will help us speed up the return & replacement process.

In any case, where a refund is required, Roy Imaging will authorise that refund and assist you in facilitating refunds for you only when our warehouse notifies us of the receipt of the item. Once the warehouse notifies us of the receipt of the returned item, the following timelines apply for the amount to be credited.

Net Banking                       3-5 Business Days

For damaged/ defective products, Roy Imaging will issue a refund if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.

*Refunds can only be processed via digital payment.

Refunds will not be processed in cash.

 

About Return Shipping

 There are two ways of returning an item - Return Pick-up arranged by Roy Imaging, Roy Imaging drop-off, and Self Return.

Return Pick-up

Return Pick-ups are available for select locations. When the courier service representative visits you for the pick-up, have the return documentation and have the item prepackaged with additional padding to avoid any transit damage. The pickup personal will not be inspecting the item at all but since all items are opened under CCTV we can be assured that whatever you send will be received in the condition shipped by you and can be verified via video footage.

Roy Imaging Drop off

Roy Imaging drop-off is available for items only if your delivery address is eligible for Roy Imaging drop-off. Once the return is created, we'll send you an email with instructions and the return window expiration date. You do not need to print any documentation for this mode of return.

Pack the item and drop it off at the store during its operational hours. Ensure that you drop off your item before the return window expires. If your return was created on the last day of your return window, you will have 2 additional days to drop off your item at our store. This information will be mentioned in the email we send you with return instructions.

Self Return

If the Return Pick-up option is not available in your area or if you choose to return the item yourself, include the required return documentation with your package. You can return the package using any courier/ postal service of your choice that has a tracking facility available. You will be reimbursed for the amount paid by you at the time of shipping. You are requested to use your judgments to ensure that you are not being overcharged or that you are not using a premium service unless authorized. Your reimbursements will be made for standard shipping only even if you decide to use a premium or expedited service. If you are not sure or doubtful on choices, do get in touch with us for guidance and possible options for shipping.

Shipping cost refunds for items.

For all items, return shipping costs of up to Rs. 100 will be refunded.

Note:

If you incur return shipping charges over Rs.100 for returning large and heavy items, you can contact us for an additional refund.

For a refund of such additional charges, proof of payment, like a courier receipt needs to be submitted.

Delivery Charges

When you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item as well as the delivery charges incurred in sending it to you.

If you return an item because you no longer need it, we are required to refund only the item cost.

Return Shipping Charges

If you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on our part, you can request us to reimburse the return shipping charges you incurred. In such cases, we might ask you to provide the courier receipt. If you return an item because you no longer need it, the seller is not required to refund the return shipping costs.
