In-Stock items in prepaid orders will receive free expedited shipping across the country. These items should arrive in 2-7 business days, depending on your location. COD orders take longer delivery times. 

Certain In Stock and Special Order items, items Drop Shipped from the Vendor/Manufacturer, or other items which are not in stock when your order is placed may be ineligible for Free Expedited Shipping. Some of these items are eligible for free Standard shipping in orders over Rs 499.00. Standard Delivery is not available to PO Boxes.

Certain items are excluded from free shipping over Rs 499 based on the item's characteristics. Look for the following under these items: Shipping Charges Apply

The Rs 499 order total is calculated after all rebates and bundle discounts have been applied. Gift Cards, freight charges, duties, and taxes do not count towards the Rs 499 order total.

Free Shipping on Most items

Most items qualify for Free Standard shipping across India, even when purchased in orders under Rs499. ROY IMAGING will use a combination of shipping carriers that ensures safe and quick delivery of your items with online package tracking. In-Stock items should arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Your Shopping Cart will show an Estimated Arrival Date for your item(s). ROY IMAGING will ship your order in the most cost-effective method.

 A signature may be required upon delivery (at the discretion of the carrier's delivery driver and depending on your location).

ROY IMAGING cannot be responsible for any loss, damage or missing package(s), if you change the shipping address after your order has shipped.

 You may request FedEx or BlueDart or any express shipping service which will be arranged for an additional cost

 Store Pickup

Order online with In-Store Pickup

Many items can now be ordered online and picked up at our Warehouse / Office.

Add any qualifying items to your shopping cart and select STORE PICKUP as the shipping method. You will then have an opportunity to indicate who will be making the pickup if it is someone other than yourself. The person picking up the order will need a Government-issued photo-ID at time of pickup.

In-Store Pickup is not available as an option if any other items in your order are selected to be shipped. You should receive an email (up to 45 minutes) after completing your order indicating that your order is ready for pickup, which will also contain your unique Pickup ID Number. Please wait for this email before coming to the store to pick up your order. When picking up your order, you or your designee will need to provide:

• A copy of the Pickup ID email
• A Valid National/State ID.

Parking is available at the warehouse/office.
